Hello, this is Yvette the designer and owner of Rare Joule. While I've been in the jewelry business since 2018, it was 2020 when I truly found my niche with one of a kind jewelry. The ability to provide unique accessories for customers prompted me to switch gears and focus on special pieces that can be worn at special engagements, work, or for everyday life.

Accessories from the new Rare Collection are thoughtfully designed to be one of a kind. No two pieces from this collection are alike, making the jewelry more special.

My designs are made from different materials such as glass, wood and metal beads. I take various beads to make beautiful shapes and colorful designs. I have taken a few jewelry design courses but I have been able to learn a lot of jewelry techniques on my own. I hope each purchase reminds my customers that they too can be bold and loving of themselves and others as they pursue their passions.

What is the jewelry made from?

The jewelry is made from glass, wood, metal, gold wire and silver wire. 

Is it heavy to wear?

Surprisingly no. The jewelry is lightweight and will not weigh your ears or neck down. 

Shipping

Packages will be mailed very quickly. They will typically be mailed 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Please note, that during the holidays packages will take a little longer to ship. 

Returns and Refunds

Exchanges within 14 days of receipt for an unworn, new condition item of equal or lesser value are possible if the item for some reason does not meet your expectations. After 14 days, exchanges cannot be honored. In order to exchange an item, please send me a message to discuss which item you would like in exchange prior to returning. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping and insuring the item, and your new item will be sent out once the original item is received in new, unworn condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If an item is damaged or defective please send me a message immediately for a replacement or a refund.

Prior notification is required for either a return of a item or an exchange. Items that are returned without prior contact cannot be refunded and will not be accepted.
